as of 4:18 am i finally finished my agricultural policy research paper on Industrial Hemp.  did not think so much of my blood, sweat, pee, vomit and tears would go into this research but im crossing my fingers that i went above and beyond because if all goes well ill be able to do my senior feasability study on hemp next year.  *wish me luck!
